RecommendedFrom the day I toured this complex I was greeted with a warm welcome, Teresa made it so simple and she was so professional. I just moved here but the staff is amazing!!!! Sweet and friendly and helpful and quick to get stuff done. I've had a few maintenance things and they've put it in right away and someone would fix it within a day or two! I would definitely recommend living on the second floor though. And always smiling. Thank you for making me feel so welcome!!!

I like the location of the apartment, close to a mall and fire station, so feels little secured. I wish there was a small market place, grocery store near by. For the amenities provided, rent is too high. I live in bldg 17 and the drainage system beside the bldg is very poor. As soon as it rains, water gets logged and it’s dangerous to walk. Current mgmt staff is better, we had very poor experience with the past mgmt.
I love this place! Obsessed with our little home here. Everyone is so friendly & maintenance is quick & handy. Don’t wanna leave:)
The office staff in this complex needs to be replaced. They don’t follow up on any requests made and just make excuses. They completely drop the ball and all you hear is I am sorry instead of trying to solve the situation. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
Takes them a week on average to respond to a service request. When they do finally respond they don't properly adress the issue. If I could give less than one star I would
Poor community specially maintenance, all they give when there is a problem (we are very sorry) but nothing change.
