Do not move to Cross Creek Apartments. The management is dishonest, unresponsive, and shows zero respect for residents. We were promised a referral credit that took four months of constant fighting to get, and staff members lied to deny us the credit until we provided proof. I strongly urge you to use your hard-earned money and find a better place to live. The management at this property shows little regard for its residents. It's clear that their priority is financial gain, rather than maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for those who pay to live here. This place deserves a 0/10, The manager and her leasing agents do NOT help whatsoever, they always try to dismiss you by giving an email to send any concerns we have but still get no reply’s back, no phone call, no courtesy at all for the people that pay to keep this ugly, dirty apartment going,they don’t clean before you move in, they don’t even try to make it look presentable for you. So for your own sake and sanity please don’t move here! You’ll be miserable trying to get your points across to a damn wall it seems like.
Do not move here unless you want to be ignored and gaslit by management. We were promised a referral credit but spent 4 months chasing it, getting different excuses from staff. Saliza and Cecilia showed no empathy and lied to deny us the referral credit, falsely claiming it wasn’t written on the lease, until I proved them wrong by showing a screenshot that clearly listed the referral. Nothing ever is working, mail gets robbed, pool is always closed. Internal appliances will not get replaced just repaired only for it not to work after a few days.
