There is no wonder the complex has gone through so many managers. Upon leasing an apartment you are required to sign and agree to several rules and regulations, why? If you ignore them or are a friend of the grounds manager you are exempt any way. The management refuses to enforce the leasing agreement or in any way deal with illegal tenants. No matter the inconvenience laid on the existing tenants who follow the rules.

Ive request a transfer from 3bdrm2bth into another 3or 2bdrm2bth at least 4 times. I have yet to be offered another available apartment that I could at least use the outside storage unit or get direc tv. This place seems all about keeping apartments filled and not about the comfort of their residence.

While the apartments are nice beware of the customer service. Also make sure that the apartment you will get has a fan in the master bedroom and the master bath, NOT the 2nd bedroom or the other bathroom. Customer service is awful and we were without heat for 4 days. The manager took no responsibility when I had called the office multiple times and the request was not even put in the system.
