I don’t like often write negative reviews - but when you don’t get to spend time with your family as planned, after a hard week at work, your emotions run high. After leaving this review, I got a call from a manager and the maintenance issues were promptly resolved, and the manager was even able to get a dishwasher from another community so it could be replaced more quickly. Still, none of these issues should've happened in the first place, and the new maintenance request system is very inconvenient if you want to be home for the appointment. The apartment at Cross Creek I just moved into was very clean, but there are a lot of maintenance issues that have not been addressed, and communication from the office has been very sparse. Most of the electrical outlets are so worn out that plugs just fall out, a few of the light switches do not work, the dishwasher is completely broken, and some of the carpet was improperly installed and is loose and fraying after only a couple days.
