I went in for a chipped tooth and another tooth that was causing me intermittent pain. They fixed my chipped tooth said they had to get approval for a crown from my dental insurance and would call me back to set up an appointment. They NEVER called me back and after dealing with weeks of intermittent pain, I found a new dentist.

I recently visited Dr. DuRant's dental office, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, the assistant over the phone was incredibly helpful and friendly. She answered all my questions and found a convenient time for my visit. When I arrived, the hygienist (Shawndra) greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable throughout the cleaning.
