Easily the best mc dealer in NJ. They actually encourage you to take bikes out for a ride to make sure youll end up with the right machine. Just go, and talk to Terreance he will listen to why, where and how you ride and steer you to the perfect machine for you. Everyone there in sales is awesome, and service is professional and does what they say, when they say as well.
Called on a Thursday about a 2012 Kawasaki voyager. After speaking with Henry, I told him I would be down from Albany,( NY3&1/2 hrs.) on Saturday so please tell me if the the bike really IS as represented. Well, sure enough, it was. Great bike, great price, excellent service.
Took it WAY too long to get it back went in for a fuel pump, had to wait for parts, told them the spark plugs were new and they still replaced them. Minor damage to the gas tank, luckily some of it came off with wax, promised a road test but one wasn't done since the speedometer doesn't work you would think they would of mentioned it. Just got the bike back after 33 days!
The team at Kawasaki were very knowledgeable, answered every question I had. Henry, Bill and the pretty girl that helped me with my helmet are the best. Thank you so much for making my buying experience easy and fast. I highly recommend this dealer!
