This dealership sold our jetski from under us after we put a large deposit on it and signed a sales agreement. They never called us to let us know that there was a pick up deadline. Every time we called to schedule a pick up date they dodged our calls and never answered back. I finally got ahold of someone to look into this and the sales person found that our jetski was sold. The Sales Manager, Ray was rude, did not apologize and said that there was nothing he can do. We are left here speechless by the lack of professionalis... read more
I am here now to look at a motorcycle and they will not even let you in the door. I went to the used store and there is a gentleman sitting inside behind the counter doing nothing and they will not let you in there either

Mark in Service! Thanks again for the quick turn around on my 2019 Seadoo RXT-X 300. Ski sat at another dealership for just under a month awaiting a recall part (intake grate). Picked it up and brought it to Cross Country and within 5 days of contacting Mark the recall was completed with a part that is “back ordered” as per information from other dealership. Not to mention less than 24 hours after dropping of my machine I picked it up. Again, thanks Mark it is greatly appreciated!
Awesome dealer, bought my Ryker today after visiting a few other places (that were not great experiences) and Cross Country was for sure the right choice. Our salesman Dustin was great, from phone call to pickup he made the whole process a breeze. I can easily say this place deserves 10 out of 10 for their customer service as everyone there was pleasant and super helpful. Huge bonus points for building my new unit and having it ready same day.
