I bought the expanded Honda warranty and this horrid motor company came with the package. Thank heavens I also have motor club service with Geico as three times I tried to use these people and three times they left me hanging with the last time being over 3 hours ( Geico had my flat up and running In 65 minutes). When you report a problem, they send a text link to fill out all the information. I filled it out and after 45 minutes, received a phone call telling me that my plan expired with the original warranty. I told th... read more

This is not a reputable firm. My insurance company contacted them for roadside assistance and I cancelled the roadside assistance because I didn't need it. They still charged my insurance company even though they never even sent anyone.

Please be warned that this is not a company that you want to have providing you any type of service. It is 11 AM, and we put in a toll request 9 PM yesterday. The car still has not been towed. They charged my credit card in 15 minutes, no problem - but they never sent the dispatch request to the tow company. I know that because I called the tow company they were working with directly. My son was sitting in negative degree temperatures for four hours with no heat or way to take cover because this company kept telling him it w... read more

Please put the LAKE TAHOE TOWING COMPANY on your DO NOT USE list. My story with them is below. They are a fake towing company who put Lake Tahoe in their name to attract people from our region to use them. They are based in Los Angeled and just try and broker towing services. USAA has you as their roadside assistance agent and they tried to have them help me. As you can see below - it was a disaster. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. THEY WILL CAUSE ALL SORTS OF PROBLEMS AND EVEN POSSIBLY GET SOMEONE INJURED AS I WAS PULLED OFF CLOSE... read more

My puppy and I were left stranded in my car on a hot day by Cross Country Motor Club of California. I spent 45 minutes on the phone (while my cell phone battery was dying) with roadside assistance to be told that I did not have an active account! Of course, they were willing to send someone out, but I would have to pay out of pocket and then spend more time and money fighting for reimbursement. Hello, it's COVID, money is tight as not everyone is working and can front cash. For the record, my account was and is active until... read more

Pulling into the parking lot for lunch on Christmas Day, Our car stuck in gear and would not move. We called and assistance was dispatched. The young man who came from the Geze Wrecker Service was helpful and got to work and actually fixed our problem without the need for towing or sending our car to the dealer. This was our first experience and most helpful. One thing, the phone operator did not understand that we don't have phones for texting. I've gotten the messages, but can't answer any of them. Thanks. Gene Autrey A... read more

This company showed up right after my accident. This is illegal in MO. They told my husband that they would tow it to the place my insurance company instructed us to tow it to. The next day i went to the repair shop to get things out of my car and it wasn't there. They said they couldn't drop it off over night and they thought the repair shop was closed, so they put it on their lot. I told them it was open and to bring my car. They said they were on another job and would bring it the next Monday. Monday came and they h... read more

On 1/14/2019, my vehicle was towed by "Innovative Towing & Recovery," and dispatched by "Agero aka: CROSS COUNTRY AUTO." "Agero" is a Third Party "Emergency Tow" company contracted by both WEBTEC Insurance Services Inc., AND Mercury Insurance. More important, while "Innovative Towing & Recovery," with NO "LLC" - through the State of California Secretary of State, significantly damaged my vehicle totaling to the amount between $2300 - $2900. Jerry Diecidue, Agero's Supervising Damage Team, whom is contracted through Mercury... read more
