Jose-Maldonado is an excellent inspector! As a realtor here in Las Vegas, a fellow colleague recommended him to me a couple of years ago and I have never used anyone else ever since. I am very happy with this company. Jose Maldonado-Montoya is the employee who inspected my condo. At first I was thinking he was "nit picky" but after reading the whole report I was so happy. The place I bought is in good condition but Jose took a lot of pictures of anything he thought was an issue. He did an exceptionally good inspection. I have used this company twice while looking for a home. The first time I used them for the inspection but I was unable to purchase the home. The next home I had them inspect again since I enjoyed the personality of Robert and that he offered a discount for repeat customers. I ended up purchasing this home after the sellers fixed the things he recommended.
