I am very happy with this company. Jose Maldonado-Montoya is the employee who inspected my condo. At first I was thinking he was "nit picky" but after reading the whole report I was so happy. The place I bought is in good condition but Jose took a lot of pictures of anything he thought was an issue. He did an exceptionally good inspection.
