Absolutely destroyed my parents yard with no accountability. Did not listen to concerns and was very argumentative. Avoid at all costs if you want to keep a healthy yard
i used cross country to kill stickers & weeds in my yard.they said they could do it in 2 visits $600 ea. first after the snow in p.c. jan13th 2025 said i should see yellowing did not they said snow effected it and redid, then 2nd time feb 4th, it started looking real bad, i thought it might get worse before better i have been here 30yrs never looked like this my two bros. Cross country has been excellent. They show up when scheduled and are very professional and courteous. They eliminated my bug issues with the first treatment. They’re all excellent with my skittish old dog also. I’d definitely recommend them
Guy came in side door without knocking through master bathroom and in my bedroom while I was getting dressed when I called to complain they just told me I needed to pay my bill that wasn't their department even without service no concern to my welfare and I told them the month before I wasn't home so he could not have came unless he broke in they still charged for both months and no apology or report on the guy coming in people's houses without knocking or billing for services not rendered
