So I just found out my parents have been gouged by this company for several months now. Half a year ago, my parents needed to provide proof of security to the insurance for a rebate. To do this they needed to activate the security they had never once used. Queue the Cross Communications. They set up the alarm, but only gave the code to my father, who hasn't the first clue how to use the thing.
