Ava's doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating! Extremely disappointed and I will not be using them again. I requested flowers for my father's birthday to be delivered on 2/23/2018. The arrangement I selected was promised 'same day' delivery. They were not delivered on 2/23, 2/24 or 2/26. They are not scheduled to be delivered until today, 2/27. After calling to voice our frustration, we were refunded $3.99. Really, is that the going rate for a delivery that is 4 days late!!

Cross City Florist is one of the worst vendors I have ever used. I called on Wednesday December 9th to order $60 worth of fresh flowers regarding a death in a friend's family to be delivered to the recipient's home (which I was told by the woman i spoke to on the phone was less than 2 miles from their shop). I was informed the flowers might not be delivered until Thursday because they were waiting for fresh flowers to be delivered to their store. I responded that was fine. I spent almost $100.00 on flowers for a funeral. To my disappointment the flowers were the smallest ones I've ever seen. They even had fake ones in there. How embarrassing, I would have sent no flowers at all if I knew they were going to be that small. Then again, maybe the florist didn't think I would check up on them. So disgusted
