If Dr Novikov comes back for his practice there is no way I would go back to him for service. I spent almost ten grand for him to fix my teeth and he ruined what I had left. This new Dr would not see me unless I gave them $100 up front before even scheduling An appointment. Too much greed. I won't go back to that office. Everyone beware. They were rude over the phone too.

Dr Nash is a good dentist, very professional very smart, knows her business. Communicates well is gentle and very attentive. I had a difficult extraction and crown, same appointment, I never felt anxious or uncomfortable.

Very unethical business practices. I was told my fluoride treatment was 100% covered by insurance and made it clear I didn’t want it otherwise. Two weeks later, I got a bill for $120 per tooth! When I called to dispute it, the receptionist and manager were rude, dismissive, and even hung up on me. I’ll be reporting them to the Florida Board of Dentistry for giving false information and terrible customer service. They obviously only care about being greedy and taking your money!

Best the area has to offer. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Even the specialist I had to see spoke very highly about Doctor Nash and the staff here.

Everyone I encountered was super nice. I had a crown come off and as a new patient they got me in the same day. Unfortunately they don’t take the dental insurance that I currently have so I can’t switch to them. However I will pick another dental insurance when open enrollment comes around and switch to this office.
