I recently moved in to a home that had a squeaky bedroom floor. Johnny did a good job of fixing the squeak.
The absolute worst experience with a contractor of my life. Johnny and Donny were as rude and incompetent of any 2 human beings I've ever encountered. Their work was sub par to put it nicely. Donny left a mess and uncompleted work everywhere he went. Johnny got angry at me for being angry and threatened me. superior workmanship
I called Cross Carpet Repair And More to ask about a general carpet issue and inquire about having someone come to do a repair. I spoke with Michelle Cross. Michelle was so kind as to give me an idea that I could try myself (thus foregoing any chance at a service call for her business). It worked like magic. I am grateful to this lady for the help, without any profit in it for her store. Of course I would call them again in the future!
