Good property - getting old, but investors just need to loosen their purse strings to fix problems. For example, the continual lack of A/C in the 3rd floor interior hallway from 301 to 313. Hot, stuffy, smelly - and with longtime small roof leaks - a perfect environment for mold to grow. Also, the office staff and maintenance has a much too high turnover rate. 5 new managers, 5 different lead maintenance men, many new leasing agents - all within 3 years. I like the atmosphere of the common areas picnic space, dog park, and clubhouse. They have monthly events for the residents March was a dog party, last month was Chili cook-off, and I believe the event before was Bingo night.
