The hotel, decor and staff were absolutely amazing!! Everyone was so sweet, helpful and accommodating. The valet/bellman greeted and remembered our name every time we walked into the lobby. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 Star is because we were told there was a “honor bar” for guests only. We went in there write our items down on the clipboard, and tipped 30% cash each round. However, we were not told that if the “butler” poured your drinks that you would not only be charged for what you wrote down, but double for his ... read more
