Does anyone ever answer the phone? I have left a few messages and never got a call back
First of all, some of the trailers are older, the owners are doing everything they can to upgrade. My girlfriend and I live in the other park they own on Ogeechee Rd. The owner is very honest, hard working and deals with alot of people that don't take care of the place they live in. The owner of anyplace should not have to replace the floors in a 3 bedroom trailer after someone moves out. This mobile home park is clean and well maintained on landscaping. Tragically, repairs are promised and maintendnce and upkeep on mobile homes is not performed. Some of the upkeep not done has proven to be hazardous to its tenants. I strongly do not recommend renting from these people as they feel no responsibility for physical injuries incurred by construction maintenance upkeep.
