The Crosby Garage Door Team came out this morning when they were done my door worked well. They waited for me to use my opener & spent time showing me what they did. Without a doubt I would highly recommend them. By the way, I met with another garage door company (not from Greensburg) who came out earlier this week; They just gave me a verbal ball park quote. Afterwards, I spoke to my neighbor he didn't hesitate at all & recommended Crosby Door.
I would like to thank Andrew and his helper for doing a quick and efficient job replacing the tensioner on our garage door. They were courteous and professional. Thank you. I will definitely recommend Crosby to family and friends.
I have bragged and recommended this Company before but I was in a panic yesterday when my garage door came off the track and would not go up or down, stuck halfway. I called and in 10 minutes Mike was at my garage. They are honest, reliable and reasonable. Thank you once again Crosby for rescuing me from a garage door emergency!
Approx. one month ago I contacted this company through their website. I received no response. I then sent a message via messenger on May 21. The next day I received a message back requesting my phone nbumber and email address. No response since. I hope their product and service is not as bad as their communication efforts.
