Took our baby to meet Dr Simms today. Couldn’t be more happy! Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Clinic is clean with no weird smells (trust me, been in some clinics that were filthy and stinky). Dr Simms addressed all of my concerns and answered all my questions. Looking forward to a long lasting relationship with Cropwell Small Animal Hospital!!
When I had to put my sweet Murphy down, Dr Sims and I talked at length about quality of,life, and I knew when it was time. They are all very kind and loving with every animal I have taken in to them. Once it was a hen, there was a squirrel, multiple dogs, and he has also given me info about my horses. Love his staff and there is NO doubt in my mind that they love animals. I ask for nothing more when you take care of my "babies". Thanks to each of you
Just moved to this city. My baby of 16 years was at his end. They were very caring, respectful and accommodating. Under the circumstances was better than I expected

Dr. Sims is amazing! I didn't have a vet but my cat was very sick on a Sunday and Dr. Sims came to the office to check him out. Needless to say, I am the newest CSAH client! What an awesome man to come in on a Sunday during Tropical Storm weather to help my little guy feel better!!! I <3 Cropwell Small Animal Hospital!
We had our first visit today with Mr. Baxter Max. Love the staff and Dr as well.. Thank you all for the wonderful visit today!!
