by far the best place I have ever taken my baby. he has been sick for over a month with no answeres at all. we kept having to go back to the other vet and they were not trying to get to the bottom of it at all, I feel it was a $thing. we still dont have 109% answers but Dr.Sims is working on getting to the bottom of what is wrong with my baby boy. I want to tell y'all thanks so much. for everything y'all are doing for my BOY..

Dr. Sims and his staff is amazing. They are very friendly and work well with the animal. I would highly recommend.
Dr. Sims is very nice and cordial, but his staff is not. I made an appointment and was there 5 minutes early. Many people proceeded ahead of me over the hour I waited. I stepped outside, the lobby was full, and came back inside after about 15 minutes. I opened the door, and a man walked in behind me with a big dog and let the door hit me. Then the man cut in front of me and spoke for 15 more minutes to the ladies at the desk. Drove 25 miles to have my baby spayed, everything was pre arranged with Brittany. When arrived was told they did not take the spayed certificate and then said my baby was not old enough. set us back about 3 hours late for work , there employees need to be trained properly
