How can it not be EXCELLENT? The ambiance is the BEST in Great Falls, it is like a BIG city coffee house in a small town......and the baked goods simply MAGNIFICENT! In our book they beat Starbucks.......no wonder you are #1
I went in there once and the customer service was horrible I was treated like a lower class person I was asked " what do you want" when I said excuse me then he said what would you like still in a decorating tone like I was taking up his precious time . I have never been back
The coffee does not taste very good and the baked goods are often dry as well as everything being VERY overpriced. I have tried this place more than once with the same results as have many friends and family!! Looks nice and the people were friendly but very disappointed by the baked goods as well as the coffee!
I have been there! It was good. I would of bought more but they only take cash and has usual I don't carry much cash. They need to get up to date and except credit and debit cards!
