I lived there for 3 years and them homes are made super cheap. No fans in any rooms, ceilings that crack for no reason, water pipes that burst easy and let's not forget the mice as well. We put in many work orders especially for the mice stuff. It was unreal but yet they raised the rent every year too. We left the place pretty clean besides extra trash that was put in correct bins and they still took away 1k of our deposit. They charged way too much for some paint which we know our apt didn't need. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. The lady i dealt with had a serious attitude problem. She was filled with rage, hate and anger. Upon showing me a townhouse, she refused to walk inside and left her car running. She couldn't wait to leave. I never ever seen a mangrment office filled with so many people who hate thier jobs and hate people. Townhouses are nice but extremely all overpriced, $2k and up and a huge outrageous list of utilities the renter has to.pay for. Stay far far away "Crooked Hill". Its definitely named... read more
Maintenance is always good just wish when our garbage disposal went out we got a new one its really missed. Unfortuantely this review was edited since we called in to have our sink fixed guy never came back. No urgency anymore almost 6 yrs and last yr here its sad it went down hill.
Save yourself a million headaches, financial distress and rent somewhere else. Management is hostile, unreasonable and you’ll be liable for everything that breaks. EVERYTHING. The only thing management is good is collecting rent, harassing you and invoicing you for THEIR old appliances but charging as is they are new. This is the worse place I ever rented and will NOT recommended to anybody. I had to give one start but if I had a choice, it will be -5 stars.
