Sure hoping that management will fairly resolve an issue that should be handled more appropriately - especially in spite of their non-responsiveness in attempts to extricate from their facility, which allowed them to push holding contents over the month boundary, then demanded yet another month storage, when they'd be able to re-rent easily.
