Mark Zinser helped me out getting into a truck i wanted he didnt push for a bigger more expensive vehicle he put me in the one i want the one i felt good in it was much appreciated. Thanks again u will have my freinds snd family business to.
Joe Henegar was very helpful to me. I dont enjoy the process of purchasing vehicles but I felt that the staff was very patient and the deal they presented was very fair. When my vehicle had a defect the first night i had it, they went out of their way to make it right and to repair the vehicle faster than I thought possible. (electrical issue). I wouldnt hesitate to drive the 40 miles to Harrison again to buy. Thanks Joe!
Had a great experience today at Cronin Ford. Tyler, was awesome always looking for our best interest and wasn't pushy at all. The best thing about today was that they listened to us and wanted to accommodate all our needs. Everyone was friendly to our kids and helped keep them occupied. We just bought a car today and everything went as smooth as possible. Tyler Kendall was awesome. Took about 10 minutes to make a deal. He was very helpful in explaining the entire vehicle. He had everything setup for when we got there Cronin Ford was a great choice!
Mike Tramel and the entire staff at Cronin deserve a round of applause for staying open way past closing time to get me in my new car!! They worked with my family and I to help me find a car in my price range and they did a great job! I love my new 2017 Kia Sportage!
Stopped in to check out some new cars and asked for mark Zinser heard nothing but good about him as a salesmen. Mark went above and beyond to answer all questions and help find what fit my needs. I would recommend anyone to shop at Cronin and also marks fellow co workers were very welcoming and helpful. I was there for 2 hours after close and the other employees were as happy to stick around and chat while everything was being processed.
Drove into Cronin Ford, got out of my vehicle and was greeted by Mike Tramel. I knew by his greeting that Oh yea this guy is cool and down to earth. Honestly I felt like so comfortable.
