Spoke with Marie & Madalyn in customer service to inquire about and schedule an appt for a check engine light and battery issue we were having in my daughters car. Both were super helpful, friendly and professional. Shortly after arrival we received notice that the battery was faulty and was covered under warranty so they went ahead and replaced it. They kept us updated by text as well. We were very pleased with the level of service we received. Thanks ladies!

First time was only 3 days after I purchased my car, key fob batteries were dying and Mr. Herb instructed me to come in and get the batteries changed. So I did, it was only after I had left the dealership that the card I had used to make my down payment was charged without my authorization or knowledge. Scheduled an appointment for a recalls and was early to appointment, I asked if there were loaner/rental cars so that I could go to work. I was put on hold to check what see service I would be receiving I was told yes there are vehicles and one would be ready, I arrived at 8:50 to be told no they don’t have any loaner/renter vehicles.
