Hired Cronen to replace my main sewer line, furnace and A/C, water heater, interior water pipes, interior sewer pipes, and all the bathroom and kitchen faucets, toilets, and fixtures. They did a great job. Finished all work on time, for a great and fair price. This was a very big job, pretty much replacing everything in the house plumbing and heating wise. Always felt comfortable using this company throughout and when ever I had questions or concerns they were answered quickly and sufficiently. Thanks guys!!!
In March of 2020 I hired Cronen to jet my line. The tech dropped the gasket from the cover into the line causing it to clog. After hiring another plumber to saw the concrete, remove sewer pipe and the gasket and putting everything back together. I was out $3,000. We went to court, the judge ruled in my favor and instructed Cronen to pay my costs. It is now October 2021 and Cronen has still not paid. This is Arapahoe County Small Claims Case 2020 S 0248. This is all public record if you want to look it up.

A check was mailed shortly after the court hearing. We were not notified until recently that the check was not received. A new check was mailed out on Friday October 15, 2021.

BAD, BAD, BAD!! Don't expect professional work from this company. There are many better plumbing companies. The first time I hired this company in April 2020, their plumber was on his cellphone having a friendly, non-business related phone call with his boss as he replaced my kitchen sink faucet and my garbage disposal. His attention was definitely not on his work. Fast, Friendly & Affordable Had a leak in the basement below the kitchen. It had leaked unnoticed for some time, as the closet was moldy and stinky and gross. Scheduled a plumber the same day we called, he was on time, quickly fixed the problem, checked to make sure it was fixed, and we were pleasantly surprised when we paid that we didn't have to take a loan!
