First of all there is no professionalism in the office whatsoever. I dealt with someone that apparently never leaves his desk and is very rude which I don’t understand why he’s in that position in the first place. I was later attended by a gentleman named Huego who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I still do not recommend this place.
Billed excessive amounts, claiming it was a 3rd party cylinder and provided a "quote" instead of a sales receipt when asked for product info/warranty. Employees/staff indicated they had the cylinder in house/in their yard and yet billing decided to gauge their customer. Stay away from them.
