Been going there for years and have NEVER been disappointed with the care of our animals (4 cats 1 dog), customer service or price. Always wish the price was lower but that's the same everywhere I go. With five animals we do make a number of trips there as we do routine checkups along with all the shots as they come due and a tooth pulling here and there. It's not uncommon I'd make over six plus trips there a year and due to one cat's condition I end up having to call for and pickup special food about 2-3 times a month too. ... read more
So I recently brought my cat to Croix Valley Veterinary Hospital in Hudson to get a declaw and spay. They took wonderful care of her but I was charged $20 for a rabies shot that I had said no to and I had bought this special litter for her paws and they gave me $2 change when it said on the receipt $3 change. I called the day after her surgery to confirm the price for everything and they told me it would be $466. The day I get there to pay the my tell me it is $486. Kind, courteous, helpful and happy staff. They care about your pets, and your time. This staff knows their stuff. I would recommend for anyone.
Will never take my pets anywhere else unless I'm living in another time zone! They have always been wonderful, providing a superior level of care and taking the time to explain what's going on or what needs to be done. I've been taking my pets here since the place was opened by Kathy Ulbricht. Thanks for all you've done for my fur babies and for comforting me when the time came to send them across the Rainbow Bridge. ����������
