I rented a townhome on LuLu Lane in Roberts for 5 years and I genuinely enjoyed living here. I would recommend this property to others who are looking for an affordable, quiet place to live in St. Croix County with a decent amount of space that is close to the freeway and just a quick drive to both Hudson and River Falls. We lived in our complex for four years, and we had a wonderful experience all around with this company and John. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and the communication back and forth with him was always timely. We really appreciated having him also as our neighbor. You can tell he truly cares about his tenants and wants them to have the best possible experience. Only reason we left was because we bought a house! Would do the whole experience all over again as they took good care of us.
Excellent place to live. Place was nice and they took care of all maintenance issues without delay.
