We lived in our complex for four years, and we had a wonderful experience all around with this company and John. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and the communication back and forth with him was always timely. We really appreciated having him also as our neighbor. You can tell he truly cares about his tenants and wants them to have the best possible experience. Only reason we left was because we bought a house! Would do the whole experience all over again as they took good care of us.
Excellent place to live. Place was nice and they took care of all maintenance issues without delay.
After renting here since 2020, I can honestly say I am grateful for my experience. Our Landlord was always approachable, responsive, and helpful whenever questions or issues came up. It’s clear they care about their tenants and the property. Thank you for making my home a comfortable place to live over the last several years!
Had a showing scheduled for July 4 2026 JOHN FROM YOUR COMPANY called and asked to reschedule for the 3rd of July or earlier on the Jan 4. I missed his call but called him back he never responded called him back on July 4 never called back they just went ahead a canceled ower showing expecting us reschedule terrible communication and company practice.
