We started off by reaching out to Jon, and he was very communicative and open to renting the property to us on Lulu Lane upon filling out applications. I asked Jon if a person with a felony would automatically disqualify them from rental he took our cash for application fees, and never responded also cashed the checks and never got back to us. Never was informed credit requirements. Was led on to apply. Got declined. Was told to apply with a co-signer. Co-signer had a 774 credit score and was still declined. Application fees every time you apply even when just adding a co-signer. 125$ wasted.

I tried 3 times contacting these clowns. I left messages with my name, number and email address and no response from them. I wouldn't do business with a company like this!
