My husband and I rented with this company for almost 4 years, and it was 4 years too long. The townhome itself was fine, but Jon the landlord was anything but helpful. When we signed our lease we filled out the paperwork to start garbage services and our xcel energy account, neither of which actually got turned in a started. We had to call the city on our own to setup our garbage and xcel billing.
