My husband and I rented with this company for almost 4 years, and it was 4 years too long. The townhome itself was fine, but Jon the landlord was anything but helpful. When we signed our lease we filled out the paperwork to start garbage services and our xcel energy account, neither of which actually got turned in a started. We had to call the city on our own to setup our garbage and xcel billing. DO NOT rent from these people! Can I give them negative 5 stars PLEASE?!? We were able to move in early (which was sweet) but it ends there. The people they get to remove snow DON'T remove it! We were snowed in from work 3 days last winter! Then when we called to complain, they left a super rude note on our door! We called several times to get things fixed, and they either took over a month to fix it or didn't come at all! They NEVER return phone calls, and good luck finding them in the office!
