We were in quite a predicament with our back tire on our fifth wheel smoking. Recommended by my brother’s mechanic from Prairie Village to contact Croft Trailer Supply. We gave them a call and Chandra said come on in and we will look at the tires. They ended up putting new hub and brakes on all four tires. Nothing but great service and positive attitudes from the employees and Chandra. A huge, huge thank you
Went to the Olathe location today. Way different than other locations. Watched an employee at the back of the store be rude to a customer and a coworker. Treated them like dirt right in front of everyone. The store was busy and he didn't even try to help. I saw this because I had to wait. It didnt make a lot of sense. If I were that guy's boss I would fire him. I should go back in and ask the guy at the counter if he needs a job. He was doing his best and shouldn't have to work with that jerk.
