I had a fantastic experience with Croft & Stern Jewelry Designs! All communication was done through Facebook Messenger, and they were incredibly responsive and kind. The necklace I ordered is absolutely beautiful — and they accommodated a custom modification to shorten the chain to a fixed length, at no extra charge. My husband purchased two necklaces for my birthday in February and was so impressed with Kelly that we came back with two rings and a diamond necklace that she custom designed into two necklaces and three stackable rings. Kelly is a brilliant designer and so kind. The custom design process was easy, stress-free and so much fun! The pieces are beautiful and will bring years of enjoyment.
