RecommendedI can’t say enough nice things about Croft. We run a landscape company and get most of our power equipment from Croft. From Sales to Service they are the best in the business. I have worked with Tyler (the sales manager) for just under a year now, and he is always willing to go out of his way to make sure we have what we need. Thank you Croft for everything!!
I purchased a new stihl chain saw had issues starting it after first use. Took it back and was given instruction on how to start it. Took home continued to have problems could not start when it gets hot. Took back second time in first month of ownership. Was told it would cost approximately $100 to check and see what Was wrong with it. Last stihl and last purchased form this shop. Crap customer service on what looks like a poorly made product that they do not support.
Just called parts thinking I needed a new carb for my Honda generator- wrong - the parts guy told me how to fix the current carb with a simple cleaning and saved me $150. I had tried to clean it previously but he told me about a hidden jet I did not know about. Great Job!!! Thank You
I love this place! Great staff. RJ recommended the Toro snowblower to me and it has been a lifesaver! I definitely wouldn’t have made it through this Winter without it.
I can’t say enough good things about this place. Great service, low prices and the staff was very friendly and attentive, they took the time to explain each product to make sure I got exactly what I needed.
Great products, great prices, great customer service. We love our gas fireplace. Can't wait to get many many years of heat from it. Thanks Croft.
