I purchased a new stihl chain saw had issues starting it after first use. Took it back and was given instruction on how to start it. Took home continued to have problems could not start when it gets hot. Took back second time in first month of ownership. Was told it would cost approximately $100 to check and see what Was wrong with it. Last stihl and last purchased form this shop. Crap customer service on what looks like a poorly made product that they do not support.
