5 stars for the playcentre itself, 5 stars for the manager who stepped in and 0 stars for the young girls working the counter who initially tried to overcharge me, I politely questioned it and mentioned the website pricing was cheaper for a weekday. She gave me a filthy look and told me the prices were recently changed. I then saw the manager approaching and asked whether it was the cost I saw online for a weekday and he told the girl that she had charged me a weekend cost. She changed the price and I paid. Loved this place. A high ceiling facility makes the area bright and spacious. Friendly and accommodating staff.
The place is very old, all ripped off, not sure who's idea to have spongie balls instead of plastic, arent safe for kids and unable to clean them off. This place tou can clearly see that hasn't been cleaned in ages, lollies on the floor and some gift wrapping accessories which was so easy for the kids to get distracted by it. When i go to.indoor playground is for my child to play and I relax abit instead I spent it cleaning the place for them. it will be really helpful for a quick refresh.
