Whoever loads the croc trailers needs replaced more than half of the loads you guys send out are open boxes with no tape on them
Terrible customer service!!! I ordered a package that got all the way to my nearest ups then gets sent back to sender and customer service was VERY rude and not empathetic to an inconvenience that is NOT my fault!!! I will never order from the crocs website again. Whoever the customer service agent should be reported but it was via text so no telling who it was and can’t even get on the phone with a base level agent so i know I wouldn’t get a hold of higher up. A shame!
