Crockfords is a true luxury hotel — the rooms are fantastic, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Service throughout the property was excellent, and I really enjoyed the gym and pool, which were both first-rate. The only shortcoming was breakfast in the lobby: limited selection and the baked goods tasted more like something from a low-end supermarket than a 5-star property. I usually have a good time here. But they do not offer a true 5 star experience. The valet does give me issues because when I request my car to be plugged in to charge they don’t,even when I tip. I wish they had a house car like Waldorf, in addition to that I wish the windows had been cleaned on the exterior. On my most recent stay I was fortunately upgraded to their entertainment suite and it was finally a room worthy of being given 5 star status.
Nice staff… quick check in. Received a complimentary upgrade to a suite with my Hilton Diamond status. Suite was very nice but the bed and especially the pillows felt very low quality. The pillows felt like a 3 dollar Walmart pillow.
Great hotel, great service, Mehrnaz in the front desk was super helpful and everyone was friendly. Thank you.
