I honestly don't know how to rate them since I was never contacted by them. I never received a phone call, voicemail, or email. If they came to my house to contact me, I wouldn't know since I work nights. If they did that, and I didn't answer, I just wish they would have followed up with at least a phone call.
Happy overall. Few times didnt sweep sidewalk after grass cut
Ease of clean-up along with being able to contact the owner with prompt response!!
They're a good company but you sometime have to be persistent in communication as they will occasionally forget to get back with you but other then that, the work was decent to good but you have to be firm with what you want and make sure the workers do everything to your specifications especially in regards to the clean-up jobs. Prices are quite reasonable for the quality of the work considering the area though.
