In my previous experiences, I seen Dr. Coleman who was great and it was an overall great experience. The most recent experience wasn’t the same. I was only there for a routine, yearly eye exam. I’m not sure who the doctor was, I don’t recall ever getting a name. I specifically told the assistant that I did not want my eyes dilated and selected the option to not have my eyes dilated on the paper also because I had to return to work after the appointment. They accept medicaid for a free eye exam and free pair of glasses once per year!! She did a thorough exam even though it was free and the eye glass frames I got to choose and there were pretty ones and nice looking ones for both men and women! Both wire and plastic frames you can choose from. They were nice and friendly. The glasses arrived in one week and they will mail them to you for a small fee.
I have qent to numerous optometrist and doctor's trying to find out what is wrong with my eye, for over 10 year's now. Not one person could tell me! I had 1 visit here and they pinpointed the issue without any visible symptons being present at that time. I was so impressed! Highly recommend th8s practice!
It's a nice place and there wasn't much of a wait to go back, but i took my kids to get an eye exam and new glasses and we left without glasses and have no idea why. The doctor told us to meet him over to the right once we walked out from the back, which was by the frames and we stood there waiting for someone to come out to talk to us about them and help pick some out but instead they handed me a slip of paper with an address of a different eye doctor on it and told me they would take care of the papers and I got no explana... read more
Thank you for getting me in this morning and getting the wood out of my eye. I called shortly after 8am and was able to be seen by 9:10am. The doctor was very knowledgeable, effective, and kind. The staff was kind and effective in getting me in quickly. I’m doing good now thanks to you.
