It's a nice place and there wasn't much of a wait to go back, but i took my kids to get an eye exam and new glasses and we left without glasses and have no idea why. The doctor told us to meet him over to the right once we walked out from the back, which was by the frames and we stood there waiting for someone to come out to talk to us about them and help pick some out but instead they handed me a slip of paper with an address of a different eye doctor on it and told me they would take care of the papers and I got no explana... read more
Thank you for getting me in this morning and getting the wood out of my eye. I called shortly after 8am and was able to be seen by 9:10am. The doctor was very knowledgeable, effective, and kind. The staff was kind and effective in getting me in quickly. I’m doing good now thanks to you.
New dr is super unfriendly and unwelcoming, girls at the front desk are friendly, go elsewhere
I’d give a no star if I could I waited a whole month to reschedule my appointment rush out here quick as I could traffic was backed up and they would not see me I called the staff several times and no answer they suck at their job
The physicians are great—however you may or may not receive contact if you send a message on the web. You absolutely will not get through on the telephone as the front office staff simply disconnect the call. If you do, consider yourself one of the fortunate ones. Doesn’t matter when you call (time of day or day of week). Doesn’t matter if you have great insurance or if you pay your bill when due.
