My partner and I scheduled to view a rental property at 2pm on a Saturday. Tiffany is great! This is a well run property management company. They respond to requests quickly and can always be reached by phone. Very prompt response time. Excellent budget forecasting and property preservation. Association dues at our property only went up $5 in 7 years and renovations and repairs were not sacrificed. That is amazing! I tell everyone I got lucky with this place thanks to how it’s managed. Also, delinquent accounts were also reduced dramatically. Thank you for all you’ve done!
I’m only a renter here at Minnehaha Place. Many of the units are owned. But my stay here has been great. I love the security that this building has. I have an infant and I honestly feel very safe here. The building is well kept and there are many rules but because of the rules, it keeps this place clean and safe. Questions are answered very quickly and maintenance does a great job with requests. Thank you for a great place to call home!
