My go-to in the springs
We had an appraisal from this company and it was horrible. The house being sold was totally upgraded with new kitchen, flooring, windows, roof, slider, bathrooms, closet, and hardware. The appraisal was well under what the house next to us was selling for and appraised for that had no upgrades. The paperwork from the appraisal stated no upgrades in the last 7 years.
