I cannot even begin to describe the great service I received. I took my engagement ring to be sized down 2 1/4 sizes, and was VERY nervous. The ladies and jeweler made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process, which only took one day. The ring looks incredible, and is a perfect fit. THANK YOU ALL for your help. ❤️

I took my grandmother's rings in to have some work done and Crocker's did an amazing job while maintaining the inscription and original settings. I am so pleased with the work and the ring turned out just perfect! Heather was great and listened patiently about the history of the rings too!
