Excellent attending. Great bedside manners
The resident who works with her has perhaps the worst bedside manner of any doctor I have ever interacted with. Dismissive, cavalier, and zero empathy. Dr. Crocco's office rushes things and has care protocols that are totally inadequate for the clinical specialty she is in.
It felt like the visit was rushed. Her staff was amazing but she was disappointing. I wish to have received more counseling and guidance. She was dismissive around my concerns. She was terrible at connecting with older people ironically.
Horrible bedside manner. A bit outdated with how to connect with patients. No shared decision making.
