I spent the weekend without any heat and was searching for a new service company. CRNE came very highly recommended. I called and spoke to Joy who was very pleasant got right back to me and had Al at my house within an hour. Al was excellent in explaining the problem and resolving it within a few hours. UPDATE: We recently moved to a new home and needed a full inspection of the existing system and a plan for ongoing maintenance. The technician, Tommy B., arrived on time and, in a very thorough manner, inspected the whole system, gave us a detailed summary of the good and the not so good, and installed a new thermostat.
