Awful experience!! Technician from CRNE came to my father’s condo in Madison Place in Skokie and the tune up was supposed to be $109, they ended up charging him almost $900!! Stay away from them. They take advantage of older people and technician made up costs such as seal leak on the A/C unit at $350 and labor for that at $250! Where was the proof (photos) that the seal was broken on the A/C unit? You can’t just tell older people that there is a leak without anything backing that claim up. Have been using them for years and never disappointed with them! Our a/c went down unexpected and as usual speedy service and very quick in repairing/service what’s wrong. This time they sent over Allen - kudos to him!! He went above and beyond to make sure we were set for the summer - within a couple of hours we are one cool home. Very courteous and friendly and answered all my questions. Thank you Allen!!

I spent the weekend without any heat and was searching for a new service company. CRNE came very highly recommended. I called and spoke to Joy who was very pleasant got right back to me and had Al at my house within an hour. Al was excellent in explaining the problem and resolving it within a few hours. Most importantly I feel that he was very honest which is my number one issue with repair companies. I highly recommend CRNE and will definitely be using them for all my future service.
