they have good trucks but they customer service skills are not the best j make over 10 k a month I went to another dealership and got approved on the spot .....

CRM sold my husband a $30,000 truck. Since day 1, we have been paying for repairs. Now, only 1 year later, it needs a new motor. CRM refuses to take responsibility and repair the truck. They are crooks. They currently have my husband’s truck while we pay a car payment for a truck that doesn’t run.
It was great working with Keith at CRM! He’s friendly and stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process. Bonus - he’s a veteran!!
Great customer service... unfortunately the truck I bought less than 3 months ago is a hot mess. Truck needed wheel bearings, new compressor, oil is leaking in the injectors, 7 pin didnt work, and that's all before a full diagnostic from the Ford dealership. Unfortunately none of this is covered in their extended warranty. 40k down the drain. Oh and by the way, I'm on the side of the hwy because something new is leaking.... 10 hours away from my home in Atlanta.
went in looking for a 3/4 ton truck just to look and see some options to pull my camper. left with a 2015 F-250 with 6.7. never thought they would give me what they did on my trade-in. great place! go see Cam to get you a vehicle.

I contacted Keith Wheeler on a Monday & told him I was looking for a specific type of Jeep & asked him if they could find one, knowing it was a long shot. On Thursday he sent me pictures & asked me if it was something like the pictures he sent. It was exactly what we were looking for, to the tires. I work long hours, so my wife had to go test drive it & all of that. Keith Wheeler & Blake Whisenhunt worked up all the paperwork for me after agreeing to our deal.
