CRL continues to get worse. Takes several days to process the most basic will call order which they have in stock. Calling in is a nightmare and "high level of call volume" always. Terrible customer service. Do not rely on CRL if you have an upcoming deadline of installation and need something as simple as tape. If you can go buy from FHC.
