Wonderful, helpful people working there. If you have a question, they have or can find the information you need. If you need something and they don't have it in stock, they will order it for you. I won't go anywhere else! I think it's time for a few more pet supplies... ^_^

This pet store and the people in it is one of the best most influential, caring, and respectful place I've been in. They have a huge range of almost anything you need quantity to size. Always there to help and knowledgeable almost all things to do with little critters. Thank you for your amazing help.

For a local pet shop they are very rude and should not be in business if they can not have good customer service skills!!! I will go else were for my stuff...
The owner is VERY rude and unprofessional. ... she's been rude to me and my entire family every time I go in there. I've tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and I won't anymore she is very rude and unprofessional. ... don't support this business.

Unfortunately I am very sorry you feel this way but there is NO PARKING there for a reason, it is not only for your safety and the children that were out in your vehicle when you were here but for our other customers that have to pull in and out need a clear view of traffic so they can get in and out of my parking lot, again sorry you feel this way but I remind you every time you're here that that is no parking.
