Absolutely amazing with my pups!! My girl hates getting her nails trimmed she was so so patient with her! I would give them 10 stars if possible!! If you need your dogs nails trimmed this is definetly the place to get it done!!
The best in customer service.. always helpful above and beyond.. knowledge and friendly..
I love this pet store. They are very nice, educational, and helpful. We got two little rat sisters that are just the sweetest. You can tell they are very hands on with them because the babies love to be held even by my 2 and 7 year old. You can tell they are very passionate about animals so if you're looking for a good family pet...this is the place to go. Thank you for our little fur babies.
Even though I've had freshwater tropical fish for awhile, I'm still a "novice". I had questions about a power filter and filtration... got fixed up... issues with cloudy water... got the solution. Bought some real plants instead of plastic and my pleco started eating on it. Solution? The new filtration was doing TOO GOOD! Got fixed up with another trick. These folks are cool, and make better pet owners out of us.

had another great trip to the store and got all the products I was looking for. and had a great conversation with the owner (sherri). sherri and her daughter (Jackie) are great people. always great the two of them and smart with all animals and their needs.
