I always support small local businesses. I've been here and it's a grey little shop! They were super friendly and my gf has been shopping here for her gecko and likes it too!! :)
I work at walmart and frequently send people here for things we don't carry. I also come here for things and it's amazing everytime.
Always been nice when my daughter and I go in there even to look around. Never had any issues
Ethical nd always helpful and knowledgeable! Rather than sell me a product that wouldn't be ideal for my pet, when they were sold out, they directed me to another store where I could but it, going as far as to call the other store to make sure the product was in stock.
Sherri is nothing but polite and helpful. She goes above and beyond great customer service.
