This was our first time hiring Critter Watch. We went out of town for several days during Thanksgiving. Leaving pets behind is already difficult but the owner Sydney was very professional from start to finish. From our first meeting, we knew our pets were in good hands. On Thanksgiving Day is when our dog got stomach issues. It was not pretty. But it’s how Sydney and her employee Hayden handled it that made us realize how good these folks are at their job. We've had a LOT of dog walkers over the last nine years, but Sydney and Keli take the cake! They are so awesome, understanding, flexible, and don't cost an arm and a leg. We have two Olde English Bulldogges and Keli makes a point to walk them in the mornings before it gets hot. She loves our pups so much and they are always so excited to see her. Dependable and flexible are two really great qualities and Sydney is super responsive - even when she was on vacation. We highly recommend using them and will continue to do so!
